Per le esplorazioni nel Nord Europa serve abbigliamento termico e antivento.
Visti i costi di acquisto di queste attrezzature, spesso sono gli stessi tour operator a fornirle ai partecipanti.
Se la tua escursione si svolge invece in Italia, e dunque nei mesi più caldi dell’anno, ti basterà un abbigliamento fresco e comodo, ma a strati.
Capita non di rado, infatti, di avvicinarsi ai punti di osservazione a velocità sostenuta: un foulard leggero o una giacca antivento molto sottile possono essere di grande aiuto per non sentire freddo e per proteggersi da schizzi e onde.
